Mr. A. Pandian has assumed charge as General Manager (Regional Services) of Southern Region of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. comprising Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala and the UnionTerritories of Puducherry and Lakshadweep. He will also be the regional-level co-ordinator for oil industry representing the PSU oil companies in these States.
Prior to this assignment, Mr. Pandian was General Manager in IndianOil’s Kerala and north-east integrated State offices. He has worked across different areas in IndianOil such as Engineering, Operations, Refinery Co-ordination and Supply Chain Management.
A civil engineer with B.E. and Diploma in Computer Science, he has presented two papers on the Petroleum Scenario in Southern African countries and petroleum logistics in the North East.
