Anoop Engineering Works (AEW), established in 2003, began with a vision to revolutionize the trailer manufacturing industry in Ludhiana. Initially focusing on providing high-tech trailers, the company has grown significantly over the years, expanding its operations to Dehlon. With the addition of this second unit, AEW has adopted even more innovative and ultramodern manufacturing methodologies. The company specializes in a range of trailers, including Side Wall Trailers, Flat-Bed Trailers, Skeleton Trailers, Tip Trailers, and Semi Low Bed Trailers. “Our goal is to deliver top-quality trailers that meet the diverse needs of the transportation industry across India,” says Anoop Singh Bamrah, Director, AEW.

Transporters, Virk Roadways, Tiwana Group, and Mavi Group. In other regions, major clients include GNR Group and Hind Carrier Pvt. Ltd., along with numerous other transporters who rely on the company’s trailers and services. AEW’s New Air Suspension Unit and BPW Partnership

This partnership has had a profound impact on the company’s products, particularly in terms of reducing wear and tear and improving the lifespan of tires. As a result, customers have experienced a noticeable improvement in the durability of their trailers, leading to an increase in sales for the company. “Our collaboration with BPW has been a game-changer. It has allowed us to enhance the quality of our trailers and address some of the most common issues faced by our customers,” explains Anoop.
The introduction of BPW Kits has also brought about significant improvements in the performance of the company’s trailers. Customers have reported a substantial reduction in tire wear, with the lifespan of tires increasing from 80,000 km to approximately 150,000 km. This extension in tire life has resulted in significant cost savings for customers, as expenditures on repairs have decreased drastically. “The feedback from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive. They appreciate the value we’ve added through the use of BPW Kits, and it’s reflected in their continued trust in our products,” he notes.
Looking ahead, AEW has ambitious plans for growth. The company is planning to launch a new unit dedicated to Air Suspension Systems across all segments, utilizing BPW products. The company’s production capacity ranges from 20 to 25 trailers per month, with a particular emphasis on Side Wall Trailers. This capacity allows Anoop Engineering Works to meet the demands of its growing customer base while maintaining the high standards of quality for which it is known. Customization is another key area of focus for the company, enabling it to tailor its products to the specific needs and requirements of its customers. In addition to customization, the company offers after-sales services and a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defects, further enhancing the value it provides to its customers. “Customization and after-sales support are what set us apart. AEW is also at the forefront of technological advancements, having recently introduced Electronic Braking Systems (EBS) and Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS) in its trailers. “EBS, an ultramodern version of ABS, has been in use for the past six months, and customers have expressed high levels of satisfaction with this updated technology,” he reveals. The company’s focus on using high-grade raw materials, such as Dumex, along with Mig Welding and laser-cut sub-parts, ensures that every trailer it produces is of the highest quality. “Innovation and quality are at the core of everything we do.
