Brakes India, the country’s leading braking systems manufacturer and supplier and a renowned name in the aftermarket segment, has flagged off its first-ever pan-India customer engagement program that will cover over 17,000 kilometers across 90 cities and 13 states. The objective is simple, to raise awareness in the auto garages and retailer fraternity about exceptional aftermarket services, timely product availability, need for genuine, branded products and more.
Speaking on the occasion, Sujit Nayak – Senior Vice President, Friction & Aftermarket Business highlighted, “Brakes India Yatra, an extension of our Mobile Training Center, is the largest PAN India direct marketing initiative we have undertaken, and this will benefit our esteemed customers with the knowledge of genuine parts and fluids that we offer. We had started this journey 5 years ago with our Mobile Training Centers for garages offering doorstep training and certification for the mechanics. As our slogan goes ‘Partners for Safe Mobility’- customer’s safety is our top priority, and we will strive to ensure we present quality and genuine products to them.”
The Brakes India van was unveiled at Brakes India’s headquarters in Chennai this week and was flagged off at Kanyakumari for its journey to Kashmir via Madurai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Jhansi, Indore, Jaipur, Gurugram, Chandigarh and many other cities before holding its closing post at Kashmir. It is to be noticed that the earlier launched initiatives of Brakes India such as Qik Brake Service (QBS) and Authorized Services Centers (ASCs) will also be focused at during this roadshow.
The team will also be showcasing its existing and newly launched product range during the program. Brakes India rapidly became a trusted named in the aftermarket segment with its diversified portfolio in friction, parts, fluids and now engine oils under the brands TVS-Girling, TVS-Apache, TVS-Sprinter and Revia, respectively.
