Unveils 1110 EX soil compactor with HVAC cabin and an upgraded PRO series backhoe loader
At bauma CONEXPO 2018, CASE Construction Equipment launched an advanced version of its telematics solution ‘EAGLE EYE’ for its new machines. Developed in association with BOSCH, the technology supports live tracking of machines with geo-fencing, alerts against theft or device tampering, pre-emptive critical machine parameter alerts, and tracking of service history and reminder alerts. The new solution will be accessible via iOS and Android platforms.
On the products side, the OEM showcased its new 1110 EX soil compactor that is specially designed with operator comfort in mind. With its closed HVAC cabin and a more powerful FPT Industrial 110 HP and 430 Nm engine, the compactor is highly suitable for heavy-duty applications.
Another debut product is the latest PRO series backhoe loader with higher speed and improved ergonomics. A CASE 851 EX loader backhoe equipped with centre pivot version was also on display, along with the brand popular CASE 865B motor grader with enhanced accumulators and bigger tyres for improved effectiveness in heavy applications, and the all-new 752EX vibratory compactor.
Addressing the media at the expo, Mr. Ajay Aneja, Brand Leader, CASE India, said that his company is committed in improving its customers’ productivity via state-of-the-art techs and products. “The EAGLE EYE telematics technology will assist our customers in managing their machines with higher utilisation and preventive maintenance assistance, thereby improving their productivity and profitability”.
On the debut product, he observed that, with the launch of CASE 1110 EX, the brand aims to strengthen its roots in the compaction range. “CASE India is the market leader in the compactor segment and the only company to have rolled out more than 12,000 compactors from a local manufacturing plant. We have always endeavored to innovate and upgrade our machines from time to time, and the new product is yet another step in this direction as an industry first product offering”, he added.
