The Tamil Nadu Technology Development & Promotion Center of CII is making its next technology initiative for the automotive industry by arranging a conference on Innovation & Business Excellence in Automotive Industry in Chennai on July 17. With the increasing level of information & communication technology (ICT) and electronics going into an automotive, the conference, with its theme ‘Connected Cars – Concept to Consumer – ICT Advantage’, is set to discuss the next generation technologies for the automotive and allied sectors.
The objectives of the conference are to provide a platform for interaction for stakeholders from the automotive, auto component, information and communication technology, service providers, electronic industries, etc., present an opportunity for participants to identify business requirements, technology availability, market for products & products for market, etc., and to explore strategic advantages from their counterparts in the focus areas through partnership, joint venture, investment, technology transfer, etc.
