Spicer India, part of the Anand Group, supplies propeller shafts for the U-Truck. Spicer supplies the compact series – C2045 main shaft, 1710 main shaft, SPL100 main shaft, SPL90 inter-axle shaft. Spicer India has been supplying propeller shafts to Ashok Leyland since 1995.Ashok Leyland will be using this compact shafts for the first time on the vehicles in production. The compact shafts offer significant benefits in terms of weight reduction, NVH reduction, improved performance, more durability and reliability, lube for life compact shafts (service free) and higher warranty. This will be manufactured at the Spicer India Satara Works.
