Continental India recently opened its first retail concept store for heavy commercial vehicle tyres in India. Known as Sat Kartar Tyres, the store in Faridabad Transport Nagar covering an area of approximately 108 sq. metres has its prominent location just off the Mathura Highway. It will cater to all truck and bus tyre needs of the customers.
Aimed at creating a new customer experience for Continental truck and bus tyres, the Faridabad store is just the beginning for many more to come up. Ms. Mallika Rawal, National Marketing Manager, Truck Tyres Division, said: “Being one of the most premium tyre manufacturers worldwide Continental is focused on giving excellent product quality and services to our customers so that they can recognize us as the most value-creating, highly reliable and respected partner. Opening of this store is a small step in that direction.”
Being the only MNC in India with both bias and radial tyres in its portfolio, the tyre giant is currently focused on understanding the customer requirements and developing products to match them.
Mr. Kripa Singh, Proprietor of Sat Kartar Tyres, said: “I am proud to be associated with Continental India which has created many ripples in the Indian truck tyre market in such a short span. The highly reliable product performance, along with the excellent marketing support, has enabled me to grow my business with Continental and gain a loyal set of satisfied customers.”
The store inaugural function saw a gathering of the sales and marketing team of Continental along with many major fleet owners of the region. On the occasion, a consumer campaign for product discussions with customers was held. Strategically located on the Mathura Highway, which is one of the busiest routes connecting the National Capital Region to Western UP, the showroom has a nice ambience and an interesting display of latest and most popular truck and bus tyres.
The company has already established a strong foothold of more than 1,400 dealers with a sales and service footprint in more than 100 locations all over India.
