Doosan Bobcat India (DBIN), compact construction equipment manufacturer, has appointed Surya Automotive as its dealer for its entire product portfolio of skid steer loader and mini excavator for the Gujarat region. Set up in 2007, Surya Automotive has been associated with the commercial vehicle and construction equipment business in Gujarat. It has established an extensive customer base and is well equipped to provide both sales and service support to Bobcat products. It also has a strong connect with the tractor industry and with major banks and key financers in the region.
In view of all this, DBIN is confident that Surya Automotive will create a synergy in the western market for DBIN’s products, solutions and services.

DBIN currently offers 10 models in three product categories, namely, Skid Steer Loader, Mini Excavator and Compact Track Loader, for the Indian market. DBIN is also coming up with the Backhoe Loader later this year. It is taking strong steps towards expanding its customer base, and by associating with Surya Automotive, it will strengthen its presence in the western region.
