Eaton is strengthening its customer footprint in India by offering 6 and 9-speed transmissions suitable for Indian operating conditions. It is displaying its manual and automated transmissions range. The displays also include Eaton’s clutch range with patented technology.
Eaton produces in India around 18 million engine valves annually at its world-class facilities in Ahmednagar and Nashik. Apart from the domestic OEM and aftermarket customers, the company exports engine valves to European and Asian OEMs. It will be displaying its range of engine valves and valve actuation products like hydraulic lash adjusters, followers and rocker arms at the expo.
The company has an extensive portfolio to address various off-road and off-highway applications which help in improving product utility and vehicle uptime. Its range of torque control products including MLocker and NoSpin Differential, will be on display at the venue.
Eaton supercharger for passenger car engines help in engine downsizing and downspeeding, while significantly minimizing the response lag and improving fuel efficiency. Eaton’s TVS supercharger is its highlight at Auto Expo 2014. It is capable of delivering high power and low-end torque while providing vehicle manufacturers with the option of using a smaller, more efficient engine with no loss in performance or drivability, providing better fuel economy and reduced emissions.
