Eicher Trucks and Buses, a division of VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) Limited, has inaugurated a new 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) dealership in partnership with AV Motors. This facility, located in Bhiwandi, marks AV Motors’ 5th in the Mumbai area, following locations in Panvel, Nalasopara, Miraroad, and Vadala, all within less than 2 years.
Vinod Aggarwal, MD and CEO, VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd, who graced the inauguration, commended Ajay Jain, Managing Director of AV Motors, for outstanding performance in sales handling 1,800-2,000 vehicles annually and servicing close to 1,500 vehicles per month. With a Total Industry Volume (TIV) of approximately 60,000 vehicles in Maharashtra each year, Mumbai and its surrounding region command a 50 percent market share. This new facility, spread across 1 lakh sq feet, will enable Eicher and AV Motors to expand their sales and service reach in medium and heavy commercial vehicles. The service center, equipped with 20 bays, ensures swift turnaround times for customers, with Eicher’s uptime certification guaranteeing quality service.
