A regular participant at the show, Elofic Industries found this year’s edition impressive, with high visitor turnout and enquiries for its products. A leading brand of lubricants, filters, and in-cabin air purifiers, the company used the platform to display its latest products and its preparedness towards technological evolution in its products.
Elofic caters to a wide range of automotive segments including two- and three-wheelers, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and off-highway (construction and mining). It has a strong brand presence in the domestic replacement market with a network of over 1,000 distributors and 30,000 retailers across the country.
“Aftermarket is a very critical segment, which is now facing stiff challenges from the OE-channel sales that has got strengthened with the advent of GST and other reforms. But the demand remains very healthy and will continue to grow stronger in the years to come”, said Mr. Pawan Sharma, Vice President – Marketing, Elofic.
Asked on new product additions, Mr. Sharma replied that it’s an on-going process as always. “For instance, we recently added automotive cabin air purifiers to our portfolio. We are ready with new lubricants and filters compatible for BS-VI vehicles” he said, while adding that the company is already in talks with various OEMs to supply those products for their new BS-VI vehicles.
He also observed that the commercial vehicle segment in the domestic market has immense growth potential, which is key for Elofic to multiply its growth numbers in the years to come.
