AMW’s fourth Karnataka
dealership opened
Asia MotorWorks (AMW), India’s third largest heavy
commercial vehicle manufacturer, has expanded its
presence in the Karnataka region with the opening of its
newest dealership, KDM Motors, at Hubli on June 20.
KDM Motors was inaugurated by Mr. A. Rama Sub-
ramanian, AMW President, at a ceremony attended by
Mr. C.M. Udasi, Karnataka Minister for PWD, Mr.
Murgesh Nirani, Minister for Large & Medium Scale
Industries, Dr. Prabhakar Kore, MP and Chairman, KLE
Society, Belgaum, Mr. Basavaraj Horatti and Mr. H.K.
Patil, Ex-Ministers of Karnataka.
Commenting on the opening of the new dealership,
Mr. Subramanian said: “We are confident that KDM
Motors will strengthen AMW’s position in the key
Karnataka market. This state-of-the-art facility meets
AMW’s highest standards and will offer our customers
a totally modern purchase and ownership experience.”
Mr. Maranabasari observed: “We are proud to become
a dealer for AMW which has shown such remarkable
growth within the last four years. I am confident that
the company’s world class trucks will prove to be very
popular in the Hubli market, thanks to their reliability,
durability and excellent after-sales support.”
This new dealership offers a very modern service
facility catering to four trucks simultaneously. It also
features two additional bays for vehicle inspection and
washing.

Strategically located on the National Highway between
Hubli and Bangalore, this modern facility offers sales,
service and spares (3S) under one roof. It is AMW’s
fourth dealership in Karnataka with the other dealer-
ships located at Bangalore, Hospet and Bijapur. In ad-
dition, the company has 53 service touch points across
the State.
