embarks on major diversification
In its endeavour to strengthen its
Construction Equipment Division,
Greaves Cotton Ltd. is looking at
growing from construction equip-
ment business to that of becoming a
comprehensive infrastructure play-
er. With this objective, the Division
is embarking on key business initia-
tives, including technology transfers
and other streams of business like
rentals to reconstruct its current
business model. The Division has
tied up with Samil Korea for tech-
nology transfer for turning out much
superior products.
Commenting on these devel-
opments, Mr. Sunil Pahilajani,
Managing Director & CEO, said:
