Power Electronics, presented its new range of Intelligent Transport System (ITS) solutions along with couple of LED destination boards certified as per AIS 052 regulations. Power Electronics has been a preferred partner for OEMs for such solutions in the Indian market, and the company expects to do well with its new products.
Says Mr. Parag Bedarkar, Asst. Manager – Business Development: “Busworld is one of the biggest events for us, and we have had good response from our customers at the show.”
Power Electronics had bagged major orders for its systems under the first round of JnNurm and has supported its customers very well through its service locations across the country. In the current JnNurm scheme, it has supplied around 350 systems to customers, with further orders underway.
Also on display were the company’s newly-developed LED roof lights. Power Electronics had commenced operations 20 years ago with the manufacture of interior roof lights incorporating tubular fluorescent lamps and had then gone onto using compact fluorescent lamps. With the advent of technology and being driven by innovation, Power Electronics is now actively promoting its LED interior roof lights and has garnered a sizeable market share in the segment.
