Bharat Mobility 2025 proved to be a resounding success for Guru Nanak Auto Enterprises Ltd. (GNAE), reaffirming its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality. The event provided a platform for the company to strengthen relationships with global partners and showcase its latest advancements in driveline components catering to commercial vehicle and electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers.

“Bharat Mobility 2025 was an excellent opportunity for us to reconnect with our existing global customers while also engaging with new partners exploring sourcing opportunities. The event reinforced the industry’s increasing focus on sustainability and the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies, including AI-driven automation and Industry 4.0 solutions,” said Jagdish Singh, Chairman & Managing Director of GNAE.

Advancing Technology and Sustainability
At the event, GNAE highlighted its latest developments in driveline components, reflecting the company’s continued investment in R&D and advanced manufacturing technologies. Although primarily a build-to-print manufacturer, GNAE has positioned itself as a critical partner for global OEMs by focusing on design validation and minimizing field failures.
“We are committed to zero-defect manufacturing, which is evident in the global recognitions we have received, such as the Q1 certification from Ford and the recent Q Prime award from Daimler India. These accolades underscore our dedication to maintaining the highest international quality standards,” Singh added.

Sustainability remains a cornerstone of GNAE’s operations. Over the past year, the company has successfully achieved certifications for being Single-Use Plastic Free and Zero Waste to Landfill. Additionally, GNAE has been transitioning to solar energy across its facilities to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
“These initiatives are more than just compliance—they are a testament to our responsibility in building a sustainable future for the next generation. Our ongoing shift to green energy will play a crucial role in ensuring that our growth remains aligned with our environmental commitments,” Singh emphasized.
Strengthening Global Presence and Manufacturing Capabilities
Despite industry-wide challenges, the current financial year has been stable for GNAE. The company has made significant strides in expanding its global footprint and strengthening its manufacturing capabilities.

“We have successfully expanded our global presence and added new OEM partnerships while enhancing our manufacturing capacity through new machine expansions and technology upgrades. A major focus has been on digitalizing operations to improve efficiency and streamline processes,” Singh noted. “One of our key achievements this year has been maintaining a zero PPM defect level, further cementing our reputation for delivering top-quality products globally.”
While the domestic market has faced certain challenges, GNAE expects to close the year with moderate turnover growth. However, the company remains committed to its long-term vision of doubling revenue within the next three to five years through strategic expansions and investments.
Market Segments and Export Growth
GNAE’s business is predominantly driven by the commercial vehicle segment, which accounts for nearly 75% of its operations, spanning heavy, medium, and light commercial vehicles. Passenger vehicles, including SUVs, contribute around 15%, while off-highway and EV components form the remaining 10%.
“On the global front, exports now constitute nearly 70% of our total business. Our key export markets include Europe, North America, the UK, and Thailand, where we supply major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. These strong partnerships are built on a foundation of consistent quality and reliability,” Singh explained.
Future Outlook: Expanding Capacity and Green Investments
Looking ahead, GNAE has an optimistic outlook for the next financial year, with a strong focus on expanding both domestic and international markets. Product diversification and investments in green manufacturing will be key areas of growth.
“We see significant opportunities in the global heavy commercial vehicle market, where the demand for durable, high-quality components is steadily increasing. Additionally, with global manufacturers diversifying their supply chains away from China, India is emerging as a key sourcing hub. GNAE is well-positioned to capitalize on this shift, thanks to our robust manufacturing capabilities and strong global partnerships,” Singh remarked.
To support its growth strategy, GNAE has already initiated the construction of a new manufacturing facility, designed as a green construction building. The company plans to allocate additional capital expenditure over the next three to five years to enhance capacity, upgrade technology, and strengthen its R&D capabilities.
“Sustainability will continue to be a core focus for us. One of our key goals is to transition to 50% green energy usage within the next 18 months. This is part of our broader vision to align our manufacturing practices with responsible and eco-friendly solutions,” Singh concluded.
With its unwavering focus on quality, sustainability, and technological advancement, GNAE is poised for robust growth, reinforcing its position as a trusted global partner in the automotive components industry.
