H.D. Trailers Pvt. Ltd. (HDTPL) is a fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of heavy-duty trailer parts and spares in the domestic as well as international markets. HDTPL, a TS16949 and ISO 9001:2015 certified company, has launched a new heavy-duty suspension that has been specially developed for mining applications. The suspension has been designed in such a way that the equalizer bush does not require any greasing or lubrication and other casting components are made stronger with enhanced diameter.
The company’s axle has also successfully passed the ‘Static Load Test of Axle’ by ARAI and has been approved to carry 30-ton in one axle which is ARAI’s maximum testing capacity.
HDTPL has also done the ‘Development Test of Axle’ at ICAT for Trailer Code AIS 113. As per the test report, its product was adjudged the best as on date February 28, 2019. According to the ICAT test report, the HDTPL Axle can be used by any approved trailer manufacturer just by filing the Form 24 (Trailer Code IAS 113) at a nominal cost.
Apart from its trailer axle, HDTPL’s landing gear and king pin have also been approved by ARAI under the Trailer Code AIS 113 category. HDTPL has started supplying its products directly to trailer OEMs and hopes to continue its good run in the market in the coming years.
