Extensive demonstration of long-distance haulage vehicles
AMW Motors Ltd. recently held in Uttar Pradesh road shows and extensive demonstration of its 2516HL and 3116HL vehicles for long-
distance haulage applications. The company stated that customer response was extremely positive and that it is confident these vehicles would be able to make inroads into the large market in UP and the neighboring States due to their superior performance and advantages offered.
The road show campaign for over two months covered the major transportation hubs in the entire State. The major cities covered included Lucknow, Kanpur, Allahabad, Varanasi, Agra and Meerut, with all six dealers of AMW participating in this drive which also gave a first-hand experience of the superior driving experience to the customers.
The company also said that these products were the result of extensive surveys carried out in major transportation centres around the country and extensive customer feedback on different needs and parameters expected from this segment. Both the 2516HL and 3116HL give exceptional performance, and their easy driveability with full load ensures more trips and maximum vehicle utilization.
The vehicles are ideal for operators looking for rugged, durable, fuel efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions. They carry the hallmark of AMW performance that includes a sturdy drive line, standard suspension, efficient gearbox, a highly fuel efficient engine, and strong chassis.

A large market for haulage vehicles in the M&HCV category, Uttar Pradesh is contributing close to 10,000 vehicles per year in volumes, and AMW will enhance its product offerings to include MAV haulage vehicles with large loading spans and specialized carriage requirements.
