iCtrlBiz Consulting Pvt. Ltd., which specializes in the business of providing complete end-to-end IT enabled smart logistics solutions to companies, is reaping huge dividends due to the overwhelming response to its new initiative ‘Smart Transport’ which was launched early this year. Pitched as a one-stop solution primarily for its clients’ employee transportation business, Smart Transport focuses on operational, regulatory and financial compliances which are synched and run seamlessly. The Gurgaon-based start-up is offering this solution as one of the core ingredients of a larger offering called the ‘Smart Suite’ which includes smart schools/ colleges (for institutions and schools) of which a core component is the safety and security of student and staff daily travel strictly in tandem with Government legislation mandates. This tool provides a platform that combines seamless operations with the option to monitor on-the-ground reality, while increasing employee / student safety and employee / parent convenience and satisfaction. These are just a few amongst the many other solutions that are in the pipeline and scheduled for launch in Q3 (add).
In today’s scenario, Transport is amongst the top three spent areas for most of the BPO and Call Center organizations. In the larger interest of the organisation, it becomes imperative for senior leadership to continuously explore ways to optimize the spent, provide a world class transportation to its employees, and run this critical function in the most efficient and cost effective manner. To address these very needs and challenges, iCtrlBiz has developed ‘Smart Transport’ through systemic innovation, to streamline and sustain operational efficiency, transparency, compliance, automation and optimized expense via consolidation / aggregation of the smart suite. This while ensuring employee / student / parent and institution/ organisation satisfaction, and catering to their convenience and need for safety.
Mr. Gaurav Kalra, Executive Chairman and CEO, iCtrlBiz Consulting Pvt. Ltd., told MOTORINDIA: “From a smart transportation perspective, we want to actually become the frontrunner and the only player who will consolidate the entire transport segment for IT and ITES (sector) which is primarily called BPM industry. Our ‘Smart Transport’ solution addresses the requirement of IT enabled Transport Management and successfully helps organizations to execute logistics transportation functions for large corporates. Transport accounts for 10-12% of this industry’s overall business and we aim to substantially reduce their (transport) costs by at least 10-20%. With our ground-breaking solutions, we not only provide them 100% transparency and efficiency but also create visibility in each and every spend so that we eliminate the rest of the pilferage. We also want to reduce their overall spend by giving a solution once we move towards a consolidated mode of transportation by allying with multiple companies within the same vicinity.”
He added: “Transportation is the most unorganized sector (in India) and any efforts to digitalize the process by bringing it under the IT ambit will automatically help the entire economy ultimately align itself with the goal that the honourable PM has given to the Government and to the people at large. This unique product can be configured and customized to accommodate school / organizations’ specific requirements. Our belief in our solution and its ability to achieve substantial cost savings for the institution / organization by bringing transparency into the processes involving diverse stakeholders (especially the vendor ecosystem) is immense. Added to this innovative state-of-the-art technological solution has a built-in zero tolerance policy for employee safety and security, and will run with absolute transparency and efficacy.”
Talking about its current state of affairs, Mr. Chandresh Sharma, COO (Co-Founder delete), iCtrlBiz Consulting Pvt. That gives us enough scope from transport application perspective. Currently, we have three contracts with three clients and a strong and healthy pipeline of 15 clients, out of which, four are in the final stages of commercial negotiation. Atleast 60% of them are from Delhi and NCR.”
