The event was inaugurated by the esteemed leadership of the Jupiter Group, including Mr. Vivek Lohia,
Managing Director; and Mr. Vikash Lohia, Deputy Managing Director who unveiled JEM TEZ, the advanced electric light commercial vehicle featuring industry leading specifications of 190+kms True
Range, 80kW peak Motor Power with 23% gradeability with a 1.05Ton certified payload. Its fast-charging
capability allows it to gain over 100kms in 1hr on any CCS2 Charger, making it a game-changer for last-
mile logistics and urban freight transport. With JEM TEZ, Jupiter Electric Mobility is setting new
benchmarks in the e-CV category with market leading specs at affordable price point. Currently the vehicle is launched at a starting Ex-Showroom Price of 10.35 lakhs.

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Vivek Lohia, Managing Director, Jupiter Group, stated, “The
inauguration of our Pithampur facility marks a defining movement for JEM and India’s sustainable mobility future. With advanced manufacturing and cutting-edge technology, we aim to set new EV industry benchmarks while driving economic growth, infrastructure development, and job creation. With an initial annual capacity of 8,000 to 10,000 e-LCVs, JEM has set its sights on ambitious growth, aiming to
significantly ramp up production volumes in the future. We are aiming to achieve a revenue of ₹100 crore
in our first year of operations, with a projected year-on-year growth of at least 2X. This growth strategy
includes expanding our product portfolio with new variants to meet evolving market demands. We have
built an integrated ecosystem that ensures reliability, efficiency, and sustainability for commercial fleet
operators. This facility represents our commitment to innovation, community empowerment, and a
cleaner, greener future.”

To support the production and expansion of JEM’s product offering, Jupiter Electric Mobility has
inaugurated its cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Pithampur, Indore. Spanning 2.5 acres, the facility is
equipped with in-house skateboard platform to vehicle assembly unit, reinforcing JEM’s focus on grounds
up manufacturing.

The new facility is designed to produce 8,000–10,000 e-LCVs annually, with plans for phased capacity
expansion to meet the growing demand for sustainable last-mile logistics. The plant is aligned with India’s
Make in India and Vision@2047 initiatives, contributing to the government’s goal of increasing domestic
EV manufacturing while reducing import dependency.

As part of its national expansion strategy, Jupiter Electric Mobility plans for a state-wise rollout of JEM TEZ, beginning with key markets like Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata and
Chennai and more that have shown high EV adoption potential. Through collaborations with Porter, Pulse
Energy, Battwheel, Tapfin and various other partners, the company is actively developing an integrated
EV ecosystem encompassing charging infrastructure, financing solutions, and after-sales support. These
strategic partnerships enhance JEM’s operational capabilities, expand its market presence, and accelerate
the transition to sustainable mobility.

With this milestone, Jupiter Electric Mobility strengthens its commitment to advancing clean mobility by
prioritizing technological innovation and operational efficiency, while contributing to India’s emergence as a global leader in sustainable transportation.
