Welcome to the world of Krone – this is the Krone motto for the IAA 2014. We have responded to this, for example we have integrated the expertise of the axle manufacturer gigant in our company and are now able to offer our own Krone axle. We are now also offering other components with the Krone look; this makes life significantly easier for transport companies as they only need one contact now to answer all their questions concerning service, maintenance and spare parts”, explains Bernard Krone, Managing Director.
Service push: Seven at one stroke
The Krone used trailer exchange Secondo is being given a new name and with immediate effect will be known as Krone Used. Krone Used deals with buying and selling used trailers at fair prices.
With Krone FairCare, Krone is offering a range of service packages (trailer service, tyre service or cooling engine service) which allows the customer to choose the service which best suits his needs.
Krone Telematics covers a range of different telematics solutions – from simple location monitoring to 2-way communication, right up to the complex door locking system Door Protect.
Krone Parts ensures efficient provision of original spare parts across Europe; the parts can be ordered online or by phone from Krone.
Krone Mobility stands for quick, straightforward breakdown service across Europe around the clock, which can be accessed by ringing the free Hotline 00800 225 55 76 63.
Krone Finance provides customised finance solutions, such as leasing, hire purchase or credit, individually tailored to suit the customer’s needs.
