Lighting Symposium at Gurgaon on November 28 and 29

The International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT) is organizing iSoL – 2013, the International Symposium on Lighting, at Epicenter in Gurgaon on November 28 and 29. The symposium will provide a common platform to more than 350 professionals related to the automotive and general lighting fraternity. The participants will include experts from automotive and lighting industries as well as test houses, associations, etc. These professionals will share their experiences and discuss the latest trends and innovations in lighting technology.

The symposium, which will witness keynote presentations from experts, will have a concurrent technical exhibition in which manufacturers, suppliers and service providers will be able to showcase their products and services. This biennial event is a successor to SCAL-2009, the Symposium on Contemporary Automotive Lighting, and ISOL – 2011, the International Symposium on Lighting.

The Gurgaon symposium will be largely attended by representatives of vehicle and lighting OEMs; automotive and general lighting engineers with a rich background in manufacturing, testing, designing, simulation and project management; system suppliers of automotive and general lighting components; quality assurance, product planners and component developers; testing & certification agencies; and Government official bodies.

There will also be demonstration of vehicle & general lighting design trends and directions; practical case studies and problem solving strategies; interaction with over 400 industry experts & OEMs from India and abroad; understanding the associated lighting testing regulations; relationship building with ICAT; energy-efficient systems and their capabilities; and future design trends and solutions.
