At IMTEX 2025, LMW presented its latest advancements in turning, milling, and turnmill centers, coupled with live demonstrations of state-of-the-art machines. This year’s highlights include:
- LL20T L5 S Horizontal Turning Center – Designed for precision and productivity, this machine features a maximum turning diameter of 370 mm and a maximum turning length of 500 mm. It is equipped with an A2-6 spindle nose, a 210 mm chuck size, and a 12-station turret with a tool change time of 0.55 seconds.
- JV 150 Vertical Machining Center – Offering a large stroke of 1550 mm × 760 mm × 760 mm and a robust table size of 1700 mm × 700 mm, it can handle a maximum load of 1300 kg. It features a BT 50 spindle taper with a speed of 6000 rpm and is equipped with 24 tools, making it ideal for heavy-duty machining.
- JV 84 Vertical Machining Center – A compact and rigid machine with a stroke of 800 mm × 500 mm × 500 mm, a table size of 1050 mm × 450 mm, and a load capacity of 500 kg. It has a belt-driven BT 40 spindle that reaches a speed of 6000 rpm and includes 24 tools for efficient operation.
- JU 40 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center – Built for high-speed operations with a stroke of 400 mm × 550 mm × 550 mm and a table size of Ø500 mm, accommodating workpieces up to 500 mm × 400 mm. It features a BBT 40 spindle taper with a speed of 15,000 rpm and a rapid traverse rate of 48 m/min.
- JD 2L Compact Vertical Machining Center – With a compact footprint, this machine delivers exceptional performance with a stroke of 700 mm × 400 mm × 320 mm and a table size of 850 mm × 400 mm. It is equipped with a high-speed BT 30 spindle operating at 12,000 rpm and a pocket tilting ATC with 21 tools, achieving a rapid traverse rate of 48 m/min.
- JG50 R High-Speed Moving Column Vertical Machining Center – Engineered for efficiency, it features a stroke of 480 mm × 400 mm × 400 mm, an automatic pallet changer with a size of 550 mm × 380 mm, and a high-speed HSK A50 spindle operating at 12,000 rpm. It also boasts a tool change time of just 1 second and a rapid traverse rate of 48 m/min.
- LTV 40 Plus Vertical Turning Center – Optimized for heavy-duty turning, this machine offers a maximum turning length of 750 mm and a turning diameter of 640 mm. With an A2-11 spindle nose, a maximum swing-over bed diameter of 800 mm, and a 12-station hydraulic turret, it ensures efficient operation. Additionally, it features enhanced chip collection and flow management for improved productivity.
- JHF 400 High-Speed Horizontal Machining Center – Combining speed and precision, it offers a stroke of 600 mm × 500 mm × 500 mm, an automatic pallet changer with a size of 400 mm × 400 mm, and a high-speed spindle operating at 12,000 rpm. It includes a twin-arm type ATC with 30 tools and a rapid traverse rate of 48 m/min.
- JH 550 Heavy-Duty Horizontal Machining Center – Designed for demanding applications, it features a stroke of 800 mm × 800 mm × 850 mm, a pallet size of 500 mm × 630 mm, and a BBT 50 spindle with a maximum speed of 6000 rpm. It has 60 tools and a rapid traverse rate of 48 m/min.
- S Turn 2M Turnmill Center – A versatile solution with a maximum turning length of 400 mm, a turning diameter of 320 mm, and a 200 mm chuck size. It features a 12-station live tool turret, a rotary tool speed of 6000 rpm, and a tool change time of 0.7 seconds.
- LR30MY L17 Turnmill Center – Offering a maximum turning length of 1700 mm and a turning diameter of 520 mm, it features an A2-15 spindle nose, a 533 mm chuck size, and a 12-station live tool turret with a Y-axis travel of ±60 mm.
- LR40TM L25 Turnmill Center – Built for large-scale operations, this machine offers a maximum turning length of 2320 mm and a turning diameter of 550 mm. It is equipped with an A2-15 spindle nose, a 533 mm chuck size, a 12-station live tool turret, and a rotary tool speed of 4000 rpm for optimal performance.
