Company remains leader in garage equipment trade
Madhus Garage Equipments, one of the most reputed and respected traders of garage equipment in India, will be launching three new products in the current year, including the addition of two new brands to Madhus’ impressive portfolio. The company is stepping into its 30th year of its successful journey with a promise to bring in the latest technology to India by representing leading global brands in the service and maintenance sector.
Madhus, which currently deals in class-leading brands such as Ravaglioli, Hunter, Car-O-Liner, Telwin, Capalec, TEXA, JOSAM and Romess, is adding two more globally-acclaimed names to the list – Blowtherm and Filcar from Italy – in a bid to offer world-class paint booths and extraction equipment respectively in India.
Blowtherm is one of the top paint booth manufacturers in the world and has a wide range of offerings with the 7 x 4 x 2.755 m version which is considered the standard one. The booth box is constructed by painted ceiling filter frames, walls with double skin insulated panels with vehicle access doors, and a three-windowed wings equipment with anti-panic system. While a side personal door allows easy access, the pull-through burner system which is 100 per cent efficient with low CO2 emission is an added advantage. High quality illumination provides intense and uniform lighting through the cabin.
The other new brand Filcar has been in the international market since 1989, distinguishing itself for innovative solutions in exhaust, fume and dust extraction systems. The vehicle exhaust extraction unit has a complete extraction system with aluminium tract ETK on sliding carriages. The dust extraction system has a mobile unit for extracting and filtering dry sanding dust through the telecontrol system for the automatic start/stop functions of the tools either electric or pneumatic power 1000+1000W.
The third new product comes from the stable of TEXA, a brand which Madhus already represents in India. TEXA is brining NANODIAG, a revolutionary on-board diagnostics tool that packs high performance characteristics in a compact design, to the Indian market. This Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI) powers from the diagnostic socket of a vehicle and uses Bluetooth for communication with a windows-based PC. NANODIAG is assisted by diagnostic software called IDC4E which, when installed on a PC, allows the technician to access live data streams from control modules present in a vehicle.
TEXA is one of the few manufactures in the world to offer such a unique solution which would now be made available by the Madhus to customers in India. A live demonstration will be made at the company booth at the forthcoming Auto Expo Components Show in New Delhi in February.
