Manatec celebrates 26th Annual Day Company’s indigenous technology lauded

Manatec manufacturing automotive garage equipment in India with a global footprint across 50 countries celebrated its 26th Annual Day in Pondicherry on May 5.

Presided over by Mr. N. Rangaswamy, Chief Minister of Pondicherry, Mr. P. Rajavel, Minister for Welfare, Mr. Ashok Anand, MLA, and Mr. S. Sreeraman, Senior General Manager (CS), Tata Motors, the celebration started with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the chief guest and other dignitaries.

Awards for winners in the different indoor games and cultural programmes organised by the company employees were presented. This was followed by brief speeches by the dignitaries present.

Manatec is the first Indian company to manufacture world-class wheel aligners with indigenous technology since 1991. The company manufactures eight types of garage equipment available in various models suitable for wheel care, lifting and pollution control.

To enable the dealers to source under one roof, the trading division of Manatec sources more than 10 items, particularly body shop equipment, from leading global manufacturers.

With the country’s largest manufacturing facility for garage equipment, the company enjoys more than 45 per cent market share in the segment in India, with consistent growth every year. The company also exports to over 50 countries across the globe.
