Established in 1987 with the clear motive of focusing on indigenous design & manufacturing of garage equipments of international standard, Manatec is today exporting its products to around 60 countries across the globe. It is indeed a testimony to its product quality. In view of India’s emergence as one of the fastest growing automotive market, Manatec has envisioned a bright future for garage equipments, purely based on indigenous technology.
Among the different garage equipments produced by Manatec, the Wheel Aligner & Wheel Balancer are the most popular and well accepted products worldwide. As a pioneer in the field of Wheel Aligner & Wheel Balancer, the company is set to virtually conquer the world. It is almost aiming at 50 per cent revenue through exports.
The company has recently developed its unique maiden 3D Wheel Aligner for multi-axle trucks and buses in the brand name of ‘Jumbo 3D Super’, which has been patented at the global level. This aligner can measure the “run out compensation” of 5 axles simultaneously, in single roll of vehicle, thereby increasing productivity and profitability. The patent has been done in order to prevent copying of the innovative technology of the company.
Manatec will be shortly introducing its indigenously developed Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). Currently, this product is undergoing test marketing and the results so far are quite encouraging.
