Manatec Electronics Private Ltd. demonstrated its technical competence with innovative product launches at Automechanika Frankfurt 2016. It proudly launched its first 3D wheel aligners for the multi-axle trucks and buses – the Jumbo 3D Super. This aligner can perform run out compensation of up to 5 axles simultaneously, in single roll of vehicle, thereby increasing productivity and profitability.
Manatec also launched its In-Lift 3D wheel aligner, which uses just two cameras to measure all alignment angles. Branded GENIE 3D, this aligner comes with built-in alignment lift and smallest front target plates. It eliminates the need for minimum distance between the cameras and can be installed in the least available space. It saves cost and space. The company has applied for patents for these new products.
Both the products are indeed the game changer in their respective market. They received overwhelming response from OEMs and customers. Having emerged as a truly global player in the automotive aftermarket, Manatec is now looking forward to seize the opportunities to synergize and work cohesively with the automotive OEMs.
The USP that Manatec rides on is Design development and Software proficiency of India. Its products are of superior quality and are also priced competitively when compared to the European manufacturers. This gives the buyer a good advantage over the rest. In fact we are the only Indian manufacturer in the field of wheel alignment. The Fox 3D wheel aligner has been a star performer since its inception, customized in 15 international languages.
Manatec has succeeded on its profound understanding of the market conditions and requirements, and backed by its sound technical knowhow to deliver top-notch products of global standard. The company considers its ability to adapt to changing market requirements as one of its biggest strengths. It is also very reactive to the market scenario on both domestic and international fronts by understanding and delivering the exact requirements of the market.
Manatec also unveiled two more new products, an AC gas charger, and an all-new Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
