Mansons expands reach to North-East India

Opens dedicated office with service team in Patna

North East India plays an important role in road transport, particularly the freight corridors that service the seven sisters of Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Tripura, Assam, Manipur and one brother – Sikkim.

Mansons International, leading supplier of a range of components for commercial vehicles, has opened a new office in Patna with a dedicated service team. “Increasing distributor demand, fleet service, and training requirements nudged us to have a full-time team in Patna”, says B. Ganguly, Head of Sales, Mansons International.

The important region was earlier serviced directly by Mansons’ western region office based in the company headquarters at Panvel near Mumbai. The company has dedicated teams in Delhi, Calcutta, Bangalore and Mumbai with the newest addition of Patna a move to further improve service and customer relations.

Manson’s aftermarket division services distributors, dealers, trade counters, service shops, and fleets across ten product groups, primarily steering, suspension, and axle components. The group recently launched the ‘Red Dot’ series of high tentative motor mounts which have been a runaway success with dealers and end-users across the country.
