Rajesh Rajgor connected with Małgorzata Bieniaszewska, founder of MB Pneumatyka, to understand MB Pneumatyka’s strategic expansion in India since 2022. Speaking at The Global Business Summit in New Delhi, she highlighted the importance of collaboration and respect in navigating the Indian market. MBP’s push-to-connect (PTC) fittings have gained traction with major clients, driven by a commitment to quality and innovation, favoring durable brass over aluminum, in India. With upcoming engagements like a workshop with OEMs, like one with Mahindra, the company is reinforcing its long-term vision.
Małgorzata Bieniaszewska, founder of MB Pneumatyka, took center stage at The Global Business Summit organized by The Times Group in New Delhi, India, in February 2025. As a leading figure in the pneumatic fittings industry, her participation underscored the importance of international collaboration in fostering market expansion. With Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivering the keynote address, the summit served as a critical forum for discussing India’s economic rise and the opportunities it presents for global businesses. Bieniaszewska engaged in a roundtable discussion, emphasizing MB Pneumatyka’s commitment to leveraging India’s dynamic growth for mutual progress.

“Many economists predict that by 2030, India will become the world’s largest market. Meanwhile, Europe is grappling with a recession, making it imperative to explore dynamic, high-growth economies like India. For us, this is the most strategic decision for the future,” Bieniaszewska explained.
Strengthening Partnerships and Expanding in India
MB Pneumatyka’s journey in India began in 2022 when it established its production headquarters in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The decision to set up operations in India was not merely a business move but a strategic vision to be closer to one of the fastest-growing automotive markets. Over the past three years, MBP has dedicated itself to understanding the unique needs of Indian customers, fostering relationships, and demonstrating the value of its push-to-connect (PTC) fittings. The company’s approach has resulted in the successful acquisition of clients, including bus, axle, trailer, and valve manufacturers, namely Veerabus, BPW, TII and Haulmaxx, and SGG Engineering and Wheels India, respectively.

Bieniaszewska is an ardent advocate for European businesses seeking to enter the Indian market, urging them to approach the opportunity with an open mind. “Do not approach India with fear, but rather with curiosity and admiration for its rich and diverse culture. A common mistake Europeans make is coming here with the intention of ‘teaching’ Indians how to do business. This is a flawed approach, as India is already highly organized and advanced in many business aspects. If you truly want to succeed, cultivate patience, humility, and a willingness to understand, rather than impose. Build collaborative alliances, share insights, and, most importantly, listen. Above all else: SHOW RESPECT.”
With a robust presence in India, MB Pneumatyka is now turning its focus towards engaging with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). A significant milestone in this direction is the upcoming visit to Mahindra. Led by CEO Paweł Andersz, the workshop will showcase the benefits of MBP’s PTC fittings, reinforcing the company’s dedication to providing innovative solutions tailored to automotive manufacturers.

MBP’s push-to-connect fittings bring several advantages that distinguish them from traditional fittings commonly used by Indian OEMs. These include:
- Multiple Assembly and Disassembly Without Additional Tools: The design allows for repeated connections and disconnections without the need for specialized tools, enhancing maintenance efficiency.
- Unified Design: Featuring a one-part fitting without distinct male or female components, the design simplifies inventory management and reduces potential assembly errors.
- Tool-Free Assembly: The fittings can be assembled without tools, streamlining the installation process and reducing labor time.
Innovating for Excellence, Committed to Quality
Beyond its current product offerings, MBP continues to innovate, focusing on solutions that deliver even greater advantages to end users. Through rigorous research and extensive field testing, MBP has explored various materials, including aluminum. However, extensive trials revealed aluminum’s shortcomings in durability, pull-out force, endurance, and vibration resistance.
Bieniaszewska elaborates, “Through extensive research and real-world trials, we found that aluminum lacks the necessary durability—it fails the pull-out force, endurance as well as vibration tests and remains susceptible to corrosion, even after passivation. Recognizing these limitations, MBP made a strategic decision years ago to pursue more robust and long-lasting alternatives such as brass fittings, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and performance in our fittings. Aluminum is not a good choice for PTC fittings solutions!”
From its inception in 2022, MB Pneumatyka has remained steadfast in its mission to deliver reliable and efficient pneumatic solutions. The company’s dedication to quality has earned it the trust of major manufacturers in the bus and commercial vehicle sectors, as well as in the production of pneumatic valves. “Our dedication to quality and continuous innovation is the cornerstone of our success and has allowed us to build a reputation for excellence in a competitive market,” she affirms.
MB Pneumatyka’s strategic initiatives in India, coupled with its participation in global forums like The Global Business Summit, highlight the company’s commitment to expanding its footprint and fostering international collaborations. As the company continues to evolve, its focus remains on innovation, market adaptation, and forging strong business relationships. With India as a key player in its growth strategy, MBP is poised to redefine the standards of pneumatic systems in the automotive sector, paving the way for other European companies to learn from its experience and embrace the Indian opportunity with confidence.
