Every year, more than 7000 organizations from over 50 countries partner with Great Place to Work Institute ® for assessment and recognition program in its journey to create a great workplace culture for its employees. The certification is based on employee ratings of their workplace culture through Trust Index survey which includes the pride employees take in their jobs and the company, the level of trust they feel towards leaders and the camaraderie they experience with co-workers. In conjunction with survey, GPTW Institute® also analyses how employees experience the people practices, and the effect they have on their workplace culture through culture audit. The cumulative scores of survey and culture audit entitle organizations for the certification.
