Mr. P.V. Sivaram, Managing Director, B&R Industrial Automation Pvt. Ltd., has been elected Vice President of the Automation Industries Association (AIA).
Mr. Sivaram is a graduate in Electronics Engineering from IIT-Madras. He began his career in Bhabha Atomic Research Centre and later shifted to a private electrical engineering company. He has been associated with automation in different fields like power transmission & distribution, communications, etc. With his long experience in distributed systems, SCADA, DCS, and microcontroller applications, he has also worked on software for redundancy systems and managed large projects both in the public and private sectors. He has over 30 years of work experience.
