Pacoline Industries, a leading manufacturer of mirror assemblies, interior lights reflectors, warning triangles, steering wheels, spray suppression flaps and other plastic components for the automotive industry, launched a number of new products at the show, underlining its future-ready approach, keeping the new bus body code in mind. The company has been a regular participant at Busworld and continued to use the platform to showcase its strengths.
“With the new bus code regulations being implemented, we have been future-ready and have developed products which are bus code compliant. The response from OEMs, STUs and body builders has been very encouraging and we see a tremendous boom in the near future for those who have homologated products”, says Mr. Muzammil Shaikh, Director, Pacoline Industries Pvt. Ltd.
In the previous edition of Busworld India, Pacoline had launched its plastic hatrack which is currently doing well in the market. It has now introduced new LED indicators, special stop request switch with brail function for blind passengers, a range of metal and plastic stanchion brackets, long emergency escape hammer, wide range of mirror assemblies, sun visors, roller blinds, driver and emergency foot-steps and many other parts which comply to AIS 052 norms. Another interesting product is its new roof ventilator for city buses which helps improve breathability for passengers.
Pacoline was probably one of the few companies to have contributed to all the vehicles on display at the show which includes those from Scania, MG Group, ACGL, SML Isuzu and Veera. “Our products offer good quality at competitive costs which is why we are a preferred supplier and also a one-stop solution for exteriors and interior parts in the country”, adds Mr. Sohael Shaikh, Managing Director, Pacoline Industries Pvt. Ltd.
The company currently exports its products to the Middle East and is eyeing the African market next.
