Padmini VNA hosts ACMA Young Business Leaders Forum delegation

The Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) organized a delegation visit under its Young Business Leaders Forum (YBLF) to Padmini VNA Mechatronics on January 24. During the visit, Kabir Bhandari, Managing Director, Padmini VNA, welcomed the delegates of the YBLF and took them on a tour of his company’s manufacturing plant.

The purpose of the visit was to summarize an extensive quality study by the YBLF delegates and get a closer understanding of the automotive industry. Another focus of the visit was to help the delegates to better identify their prospective areas of expertise in the overall organizational function and give greater clarity about important management concepts of how industry operations are executed.

The visit was followed by an interactive session where Bhandari shared the success story of Padmini VNA and his experiences about the industrial challenges he had faced during his journey. Some of the interesting aspects touched upon in his address included outlasting problems, dealing with the perception of risk, importance of the right approach and attitude to get things back on track in case of problems.

While responding to one of the questions, the MD spoke about the rising demand by customers for his company’s innovative products that have been developed without the help of any joint venture or technology tie-up, their core value of focusing on employee happiness, guidance to the young minds on structuring their own financial goals, contribution to the future of the automotive field and Padmini VNA’s roadmap for future growth.

The session proved to be a highly motivating one for the young business leaders while the delegates found the interactions empowering and persuasive in strengthening their development and inter-personal skills.
