Major campaign to make drivers vehicle owners
Parveen Express, the logistics and express division of AB Business Enterprises, has come up with an unique initiative which will serve as a boon to all company drivers. Parveen has always endeavoured to provide the best customer service and also to create a safe and healthy environment for employees. It has taken many initiatives to boost the employee morale and has groomed them both professionally and personally. Now it has launched the Employee-to-Entrepreneur initiative.
As a matter of fact, being an owner of a vehicle is the dream of every driver, and the company created a platform for its drivers to become owners by their hard work and dedication. The company not only gives the opportunity to become the owner but also helps the driver in generating revenue by offering various schemes like attachment of the same vehicle, so he can meet the overheads and earn decent returns. The vehicles are fully tested and necessary registration formalities are done before handing over.
The company recently organized a unique event where Mr. Murugan, a Parveen Express driver, was elevated to the position of owner. Mr. Afzal, Chairman and Managing Director, AB Business Enterprises, felicitated and gave him the key and made him the owner of the vehicle. “We are proud and happy for him and we would like many drivers present here to take him as an inspiration and follow his path”, said Mr. Afzal.
Mr. Murugan who has been with Parveen Express for over 15 years, was really delighted over his elevation when he observed: “This is the best day of my life and I thank the management for their support and trust in me”.
The event was also attended by Mr. Sadiq, Director, AB Business Enterprises, and Mr. Akram, Managing Director, Parveen Express.
The company aims to create more entrepreneurs by taking initiatives for employee welfare. It also creates a platform for the white collar staff to become franchise / authorised agents in the location of their choice.
