Taking participation at the 10th edition of EXCON at Bengaluru, Shell Lubricants India presented its flagship range of future-ready products and B2B services offered in the domestic CE market. This included its lubricant ranges Tellus, Rimula, Spirax and Gadus, along with a special showcase of its premium energy-efficient lubricants, namely the Shell Tellus S4, Rimula R5, Spirax S6 and Gadus S3. The B2B services promoted by the company include lubricant management programmes, ‘Machine Max’ and ‘Lube Master’. The company also presented a display and live demonstration of Shell ‘Lube Video Check’.
This is a non-invasive imaging technology capable of performing component analysis which would normally only be achieved by dismantling machinery. ‘Lube Analyst Lite’, which helps construction companies avail real-time on-site analysis and reporting, was also demonstrated at the expo.
Commenting on the developments, Praveen Nagpal, Chief Technology Officer, Shell Lubricants India, said: “EXCON is a convergence of the most important industry players and experts in the construction sector. It offers us a chance to augment our knowledge and network with other key stakeholders.”
He affirmed that his company believes in driving growth by providing exceptional assistance to its partner OEMs and end consumers. “We are proud to be setting benchmarks for quality and technological innovation and are committed to providing bespoke solutions to our consumers. We will continue to bring new innovation to our portfolio of products and services that help in improving operational efficiency while supporting emission reduction and lowering the total cost of ownership,” Nagpal added.
The lubricants major also announced that it will soon launch the Shell Tellus S4 VE, a new gas-to-liquid-based energy-efficient hydraulic oil which offers up to 6% productivity improvement, up to 21% less energy loss from hydraulic pumps, and up to 5% efficiency improvement. Meanwhile, according to a press release about Shell Lubricants’ global performance, it continues to be a leading supplier of finished lubricants for 13 consecutive years.
