This swift growth took the company from Trichy, to a purposeful and an elegant branch office in Pune during 2005. However, nature posed as a challenge, which contributed to deeper losses, in terms of finance and lives. Deaths of trusted drivers and numerous vehicular damages lead to Mr. Sundarraj’s peers, advising him to shut down the business.

But being highly motivated, Mr. Sundarraj, passionate about the word YES, he refused to stop and began working harder to restore Subham’s presence in the market. Encouraged by the quote, “There are no wrong turnings”, Mr. Sundarraj reengineered his business operation with well-trained drivers, vowing them to keep away from accidents.

This allowed the company to have trained drivers and planned approaches to operate the material movement and well-designed strategies to ensure timely and safe delivery of the booked materials.

This was considered as the turning point for Subham, with the successful combination of business development and well-planned operational strategies calling the shots for success.
