‘Chalak Vihar’ has been launched with the idea of giving upliftment and better living to drivers. This initiative will ensure elevation of the social status of drivers and also upgrade their standard of living which, in turn, will benefit the logistics industry. With no financial contribution yet again, SVLL assures not only possession of trucks but also a shelter to drivers.
‘Chalak Vihar’, a township at Talasari in Thane, Nagpur and Jaipur with well-equipped and basic amenities for truck drivers and their family, includes facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals, cafeteria and recreational clubs. Globally Chalak Vihar is one of its kind CSR initiatives that will ensure that the drivers and their families across India have a respected livelihood.
