TecAlliance, the leading expert for data management and processes in the independent automotive aftermarket, has launched the myITG App, that offers parts manufacturers a complete, up-to-date picture of membership and local structures of the international trading groups (ITGs) – anywhere, and even offline. Available for both iOS and Android, the app makes it easier to efficiently prepare meetings at the big ITG events. The entered information is automatically uploaded as soon as an internet connection is available.
Information about ITG membership structures and upcoming events is spread across channels like ITG websites and portals, mailing lists, and manufacturers’ CRM systems. When parts manufacturers prepare for meetings at these events, stakeholders from different departments and locations are involved. The lack of standardised, centralised information and processes ultimately impacts meeting quality because representatives are not optimally prepared. They are often unable to access all the relevant information on the spot.
TecAlliance has addressed this challenge by developing the myITG solution, which is now also accessible through the new myITG App. The cloud-based solution myITG bundles all relevant global information about the trading groups, their members and locations in a standardised format so that users can collaboratively set up and prepare for events.

The solution is already in use by around 40 well-known parts manufacturers and their feedback has been very positive.
