TechnoBiz India will be organising training programs on Tyre Manufacturing Technology and Rubber Rheology in Chennai during August 4-6 and August 7-8 respectively. While Dr. Samir Majumdar is the instructor for the first program, Mr. Henri Burhin is the instructor for the second.
The tyre manufacturing technology training program is for technical as well as non-technical people who have little understanding of the tyre manufacturing process. This course covers an overview of tyres, raw materials, tyre building processes, testing and design, inner-liner technology, bladder technology, reclaim technology and troubleshooting of common problems in tyre manufacturing.
As for the rubber rheology technology, the training will cover general rules of simple and complex materials. It will review as well useful testing techniques such as steady and oscillatory shear or elongational for optimum material characterization.
The usefulness of each testing technique will be discussed, and both conventional and non-conventional testing mode will be illustrated for precise and complete understanding. Material characteristics such as polymer and filler nature and property will be described in detail and all aspects of polymer nature and architecture will be reviewed with their influence on flow.
