Turbo Energy Pvt. Ltd., one of the many market-leading suppliers that come from the TVS Group, laid out its BS-VI ready turbochargers for passenger car and CV applications. With BS-VI being at the heart of this year’s Auto Expo, Turbo Energy used the platform to showcase its tech-readiness to the industry.
Mr. Ananth Ramanujam, Director, Turbo Energy Pvt. Ltd., shared: “We have showcased our turbochargers for various OEMs for both passenger car and CV applications. When emission norms are upgraded, the engine sizes are invariably brought down, with the efficiency of thermodynamic performance going up. We are working with OEMs on different projects and are ready with the products from our side. The OEMs are working on configuring their products and making them compatible for BS-VI.”
With almost all the CV OEMs taking the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) route along with after treatment systems, Turbo Energy has developed highly-efficient systems to suit their requirements and is ready with whatever the vehicle makers need to achieve BS-VI.
Apart from presenting its range of turbochargers, the company also had on display its castings and other components that are popular in the domestic aftermarket and also exported across the globe.
