TVS Supply Chain Solutions, India’s leading end-to-end supply chain management services company and part of the USD 8.5 billion TVS Group, announced the appointment of Ravi Viswanathan as Joint Managing Director (JMD) with effect from February 14, 2020. He will report to R. Dinesh. Viswanathan will take on the role of CEO and Joint Managing Director of the company from April 1, 2020.
Ravi Viswanathan joins TVS Supply Chain Solutions from TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) where he was, until recently, the Global Chief Marketing Officer. He is a distinguished alumni from REC (now NIT) Tiruchirappalli and has lived and worked in India, the US and Scandinavia.
Over his 30-year career at the Tata Group, Viswanathan has built and led multiple business units and P & Ls at TCS, in addition to establishing a strong TCS brand and the capabilities to support their global clients.

The Board of Directors also recognised the contribution of S. Ravichandran, Deputy Managing Director, who has laid the foundation for TVS Supply Chain Solutions over the last 25 years, and who will continue as Director and Advisor to the company.
