The EXCON 2019 trade show will provide a window to the company’s development of sustainable solutions
Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) will be showcasing how it is building a better tomorrow through future technology during EXCON 2019, which will be held from December 10-14, 2019 at BIEC, Bangalore. “At Volvo CE, we are driven by the idea that through imagination, hard work and technological innovation we will lead the way towards developing a world that is cleaner, smarter and more connected. We believe in a sustainable future,” said Dimitrov Krishnan, Vice President and Head of Volvo CE India. The company will display its use of electro-mobility and artificial intelligence to advance the future of construction equipment.
These technologies and solutions will be on show at the AI pavillion in Hall 4, Stall AI 5 in addition to the outdoor pavillion OD24. At OD24, Volvo CE will be showcasing a range of construction and mining equipment that serves the key industrial segments of road construction, mining and general construction. Machines that will be on display include EC750D, DD100, P5320B and more. “Our ability to provide a wide range of product offerings and customised aftermarket support programs to suit their specific segment needs brings us closer to customers,” Krishnan said.
“Offering products with the highest reliability, productivity, safety, combined with lowest cost of operation, makes Volvo CE a natural choice for organisations and contractors who support the infrastructure growth in India. EXCON 2019 is a great opportunity for us to engage existing and new customers. We are hopeful that the trade show will serve as a turning point for Volvo CE as demand for construction equipment picks up, especially with the India government’s plans to invest $1.4 trillion in infrastructure over the next five years,” he added
