The wheel ends of Q13 axle are engineered for outboard configuration, with extra strength provided by bigger parallel 90 diameter journal taper roller bearings. They also benefit from York’s unique self-locking design and auto-grease function, allowing busy maintenance staff to replace the grease even without removing the tyre and hub. 
The 150×165 mm rectangular beam of Q13 axle keeps control on bending moment even in overload condition and improves the tyre life.

Well proven in toughest of road conditions
York has also kept safety in mind, as usual. The Q13 axle’s Q-type brake shoe offers improved performance on 420 x 180 drum brakes. These axles have an attractive appearance. The Q13’s superior on-road aesthetic comes from its six point aluminium die cast York hub cap. York’s beam structure and wheel ends are already proven in the field, consistently meeting challenges right across the globe.

York’s YTE 75/90 suspension is a well-proven product even on the worst roads in the mining area and is thus a most preferred product in the tip trailer segment. Recently York has introduced high lube self-lubricated vesconite bushes in this suspension for hassle-free maintenance. These bushes require only one-time greasing.
