Indian market. The company has an
excellent relationship with Volvo
with which it had undertaken four
major projects globally in Perth, Sin-
gapore, Panama and Morocco. Last
year, owing to the four global ten-
der projects with Volvo, Voith had
an exceptionally high year with the
vehicle manufacturer, with whom it
has a market share of around 50 per
cent in the city bus segment. Lev-
eraging on its global success with
Volvo, the company is now working
with the Swedish major in terms of
developing market opportunities in
India.

tomatic-Manual
transmissions
(AMTs) in the country, Mr. Kohler

fewer gearshifts mean less wear and
higher driving comfort. The vehicle
