SCOPE Excellence Award for IndianOil
IndianOil has won the SCOPE Excellence
Award for 2009-10 under the Institutional I
(Maharatna & Navratna CPSEs) category.
The Award was presented by the Prime
Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, to Mr. RS
Butola, Chairman, IndianOil, in the presence
of the Union Minister of Heavy Industries and
Public Enterprises, Mr. Praful Patel, at a glit-
tering ceremony held in New Delhi recently.
Instituted by the Standing Conference of
Public Enterprises (SCOPE), the prestigious
awards are evaluated by a distinguished jury
comprising Justice PN Bhagwati, former
Chief Justice of India, Dr. Abid Hussain,
former Ambassador of India to the US, Dr.
Nitish Sengupta, Chairman, BRPSE, and Mr.
Moosa Raza, former Secretary to the Govern-
ment of India.
